Scholarship Program

Safer Ocean Systems and the BC Young Fishermen Network are teaming up!

We are offering a Scholarship Program.  You could receive tuition for a complete Fishing Master 4 program. A Fishing Master 4 can operate Commercial Fishing Vessels of up to 100 Gross Tonnage within 25 nautical miles of shore.  We will help one deserving individual become a commercial fishing captain.  This is intended for someone who would not normally be able to attend or afford this program.
